SALARY AND PAYMENT
ENTERING YOUR HOURS WORKED
EURflex Connekt is a web application you can use for creating your timesheets. You can also use E-Flexer to view salary slips and your annual income statement for a period of up to 2 years earlier.
You have to personally enter the hours you have worked into EURflex Connekt. Read here how to enter your hours. You can save a timesheet if you want to modify it later or send it to the supervisor for approval. Once it has been sent, it is no longer possible to modify a timesheet.
After you have created a timesheet in EURflex Connekt, your supervisor will either approve or reject the number of hours you have worked. EURflex will pay your salary based on the timesheets approved by the supervisor.
CLAIMING TRAVEL EXPENSES
If you travel on official business for EUR, you can claim these costs using the ‘business travel expense’ form. This form must be signed by your supervisor. You can then submit the form with the original receipt or invoice to EURflex.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SALARY. WHAT IS THE REASON?
Have you worked but not received your salary? Use the following step-by-step plan to find out the cause of the problem:
- Check EURflex Connekt to make sure you have created and submitted your timesheet. If you have done this, proceed to step 2. If that is not the case, please send the timesheet in question now.
- Check if and when your hourly timesheet was approved by the person responsible for granting approval. If your hourly timesheet was approved before the Monday 16:00 deadline, your salary will be paid out on Tuesday. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days before this transfer appears in your account statement.
- Have you not received your salary even though you correctly submitted your approved hourly timesheet before the abovementioned deadline, and have you specified that you wish to be paid weekly? Please contact us by email or telephone or come by our office. We will try to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

PROVISIONS AND EXTRA REMUNERATION
Holiday leave
Your provisions for holiday leave accrue with every hour worked. You can view your accrued provisions on your salary slip. In EURflex Connekt you can see this as your holiday hours balance. This balance is stated as a euro amount on your salary slip.
Year-end bonus
Depending on the organization within the EUR/EUR Holding where you work as a flexworker, you build up reserves for the end-of-year bonus for each hour worked. This is a percentage of 8.3% of your gross annual salary.
The end-of-year bonus is always paid in the last week of the year. Should your contract end earlier, the end-of-year bonus will be paid approximately six weeks after termination.
Together with the reserves for the vacations, the vacation pay and possibly the transitional allowance

This also applies to flexworkers who are not yet 18 years old at the time of dismissal. They are also not entitled to the transition allowance.
