This information is necessary for the work permit application,which will take the UWV a maximum of five weeks to process. <br><br><strong>This means the latest start date for the employment contract will be five weeks after the application is sent to the UWV.<\/strong> With this in mind, it is important for a non-EU flexiworker to be registered on time and for the flexiworker to submit the required information to EUR<em>flex<\/em> on time.<br><br>It&#8217;s legally not allowed for someone to start to work as a flexiworker without a valid work permit and a signed employment contract.
