Late last year, we have invited our clients and staffing employees to participate in the survey of EURflex. We are finished with analyzing all the answers and are proud of the results of our second year EURflex. The service is valued by an 8. That is two tenths points higher relative to our first year in 2015 (7.8).
We were pleasantly surprised with the number of flexiworkers and supervisors who completed our survey this year. There was even more response than last year. Through this way we want to thank you all.
The results were more positive than last year; good to hear! We will be working on the feedback in 2017.
Like every year we have a respondent who won a voucher. This time Nikki Oomen, Ambassador of the Bachelor programme ACW, was the lucky one. Enjoy!
Some time ago we sent a survey among all our flexiworkers and supervisors. We are very pleased with the number of respondents and the answers given. We are particularly pleased with the high score on expertise, service and customer-friendliness and the average mark of 7.5 and 7.8, respectively given by the supervisors and flexiworkers. Also, 70% of the flexiworkers find that EURflex pays quickly and correctly. Good to hear!
Following the results from the survey, we have drawn up an action plan:
Many have completed the questionnaire we have sent to all our flexiworkers and supervisors. Thanks for that! We have received useful feedback and we will implement the results next year. At the beginning of 2016, we will inform you about the improvements.
On the 10th of December, we announced the winner of the voucher; Bianca Doolhoff. Congratulations!
You didn’t win? Don’t worry, the survey will come back every year.
If you are ill, you should inform both your supervisor at EUR and EURflex. Do so by phone via 010 408 2533 or 06 433 784 82 before 9 am.
Recently EURflex moved to a new office. From now on you can find us in room T11-08 (Mandeville-building).
In addition, we have placed a mailbox next to the door of our new office, in which you can deposit your application forms, registration forms and other documents.
EURflex offers an adjusted hourly rate for flexiworkers who have reached the AOW (basic state pension) retiring age. The pension contribution is extracted from the new hourly rate and a few insurances are no longer applicable. Hence, the adjustment of the hourly rate for these flexiworkers means a reduction of the hourly rate for supervisors.
We have several convenient calendar cards and memo holders to give a way. Would you like one? Come by at EURflex!
As of 1 January 2015, the Work and Security Act (Wet Werk en Zekerheid, WWZ) became partially effective and as of 1 July it will become entirely effective. The impact of this new legislation is that a number of changes will have to be made to the way the payroll is administered. We will explain the most important changes affecting our flexiworkers’ employment contracts.
If you wish to employ flexiworkers who are nationals of countries outside the EEA (with the exception of Croatia) or Switzerland, you should apply for a work permit for non-EU nationals (a TWV). This applies to an employment period of less than three months or specific situations, such as students with part-time jobs.
