You are working for or you are going to work for one of EUR’s faculties or support services. When you are working for EUR on a temporary basis, EURflex will be responsible for all the administrative arrangements, such as drawing up your contract and paying your salary.

Registration

In the adjacent column you can download a registration form, so that we can register your details in our administration. Preferably, we would like to receive the completed and signed form as a PDF document. In addition, we would like a scan/copy of the following:

  • A valid proof of identity (not a driving licence). If you are using a Dutch passport as proof of identity, please also copy the page which states your Citizen Service Number [BSN number]. If you are using a Dutch identity card as proof of identity, please also copy the back page. If you do not have Dutch nationality, please send a copy of your foreign proof of identity as well as a copy of the letter stating your Citizen Service Number [BSN number]. This letter will have been issued to you by your local authority or the Tax Office.

You can email all the documents to: EURflex@eur.nl or come to our office on a Tuesday or Thursday: Mandeville Building, Room 11-08.

E-Flexer

You can claim the hours you have worked via electronic timesheets (known as E-WUB) in E-Flexer. Moreover, you can follow the status of an E-WUB in E-Flexer, as well as find information about your salary payments and salary slips. You will receive an E-Flexer hand-out as soon as we have registered your details in our records or download the flyer in the top right-hand corner of this page.
